This 45-year-old patient from, San Diego, California was interested in a breast lift (mastopexy) and breast augmentation surgery. The patient is 3 -years post-op gastric bypass surgery and after her significant weight loss the patient was unhappy with the volume lost in her breasts.

After 2 pregnancies and breast-feeding, the patient became unhappy with her post-baby body. In 2003 the patient had gastric bypass surgery and she lost a significant amount of her baby weight. She decided it was time to do something about her extra loose skin she had.

Immediately After Surgery

In order to achieve her desired look, a full lift was performed with saline breast implants, filled to 625cc in the left breast and 605cc in the right breast to correct for the asymmetry.

The patient is now 7-months post-op surgery and is very excited about her much improved look.
