I am a skeptic and don’t easily trust the opinions of others, especially when I think they’re being overly effusive with their praise. As I was sitting in Dr. Pousti’s waiting area reading patient testimonials as I awaited my first consultation with him, I thought to myself, “Wow, all of these patients are gushing about Dr. Pousti – can he possibly be as wonderful as everyone seems to be saying? It doesn’t seem possible.” Imagine my surprise and delight when I found that Dr. Pousti was/is, in fact, as wonderful as everyone says. He’s warm, honest, calm, and genuinely interested in the goals of his patients. He was incredibly patient, wanting to answer any and all questions I had – and never once did I feel like I was taking up a minute of his time. His demeanor, obvious vision & talent (check out the TON of before and after pics on his web site), integrity (I was incredibly impressed to see that he lists price ranges on his web site – something almost no other doctor does), and clear desire to ensure his patients are comfortable and well-informed (how great that he provides info on his web site on how to prepare for your consultation, and makes it possible for potential patients to consult with post-op patients) convinced me that Dr. Pousti was the only choice for performing the multiple procedures in which I was interested (breast lift & augmentation, arm lift, and tummy tuck).
And what an excellent decision that was! I could not be happier with the results of my procedures. I worked very hard over a three year period to lose approximately 135 pounds, and it was incredibly important to me to have the best work done on my body as possible. Everything went really well with the actual surgery, and my recovery has been great, too. I appreciated the frequency of my post-op visits with Dr. Pousti – made me feel well taken care of and gave me a boost of energy and excitement to help me stay positive! And his staff has been wonderful, too – especially Daisy & Vanessa, the two who have helped me most during my recovery. They are lovely, warm, caring individuals who took great care of me! I’m currently 9 weeks post-op, and still have a bit of healing to do, but from my perspective the results are already phenomenal. I’m actually happier with my breasts than I expected to be, and my belly and arms are awesome! Thank you so much, Dr. Pousti! You are truly an amazing surgeon and an extraordinary person!
