This 27-year old patient from Temecula, California had gastric by-pass surgery in 2004 and due to the massive weight loss, she lost a considerable amount of breast tissue and volume.

She was interested in breast enhancement surgery to increase the volume of her breasts.

Markings are done the day before surgery and also re-checked the morning of. Measurements are also taken to ensure symmetry.

Understanding the patients concerns and desires to enhance her appearance, Dr. Pousti used silicone gel implants 659cc implant placed in the right breast and a 700cc implant in the left breast for symmetry.  Both implants were placed submuscularly.
